GERMAN LEVEL TEST
Congratulations! On taking your language skills to the next level! Learning German is key for your success! At GoTalkTo we will bring you the tools and the strategies to achieve your goal. Let’s start by determining your German level!
Our GoTalkTo academic team has created this test based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) which is an internationally recognized standard for describing language proficiency. Its a way of describing how well you speak and understand a foreign language, which divides students knowledge into three categories, each with two subdivisions for a total of six levels:
A1 Basic level – for beginners and almost beginners | Questions 1- 10
A2 Basic level | Questions 11 - 20
B1 Intermediate level | Questions 21 - 30
B2 Upper-intermediate level | Questions 31 - 40
C1 Advanced level | Questions 41- 50
C2 Proficiency level | Questions 51 - 54
You will find 54 questions (10 for each level from A1 to C2). If at any time you feel like you can’t continue, stop, and submit.
